High Ribbed Formwork is made from hot dipped galvanized steel sheets. The mesh and ribs are formed on machines which first cut and press the mesh and then roll form the ribs. At the same time the material is stretched to form an expanded mesh.

We offer high ribbed formwork made from hot-dipped galvanized steel sheets. Due to its meshes and U patterns, it has better anti-stress capability and forming flexibility than normal metal lath. High ribbed formwork has excellent engineering quality, construction security and widely used in tunnels bridges, valve basement systems, sewage systems, subways, retaining walls, nuclear power plants, shipyards, water pools and marine engineering works as concrete permanent assembly-free formwork.

Rib lath is the most rigid for all sheet metal laths for its ribs running the whole length of the sheet added additional strength. Rib metal lath is commonly used for soffits and ceilings. Two types of rib metal lath are supplied: Hi-rib lath and flat rib lath, among which the most popular type is 3/8" high rib and 3.4 lbs./sq. yd.
