Uses Of Molybdenum Plate

Molybdenum material has characteristics of high strength, high hardness, low expansion coefficient and excellent heat and corrosion resistance. Therefore, molybdenum plates are usually used in high temperature furnaces, as heat shieldings, heating elements, sintered molybdenum boat, sintered molybdenum carriers, support material rack, etc. Molybdenum plates are also used to produce molybdenum sputtering targets for PVD coating or thin film coating and molybdenum ion sources in ion implantation equipment, such as panels, side panels, cathodes, arc chambers, etc.
