Carbonized Vertical Bamboo Plywood is made from thin strips of bamboo strips arranged in parallel. After drying the slats, polish them smooth and then layer them side by side to form a single sheet. These panels are then laminated to each other again to form multiple layers of bamboo plywood with free formaldehyde emission. Multiple layers are cross-laminated and heated together to provide stability and prevent warping. The dimensional stability of Carbonized Vertical Bamboo Plywood is 3-4 times that of oak.
