Operating hints |
●Vertical stamping machines: Wheel die with temperature : 130 ~ 170 ℃ Stamping dwell time : 7 ~ 15 sec. Stamping Pressure : 2.5 ~ 6.5 kg/cm2 ●Roll on stamping machines: Temperature: 145℃ ~ 170℃ Glue quantity: 24 ~ 45 mesh/cm2 Stamping speed : 30 ~ 40 rpm Nip roller pressure :4 ~ 7 kg/cm2●Find the best combination by adjusting glue quantity, speed, temperature, dwell time and pressure to achieve the best stamping effects. ●In order to get the best washing resistance, wait the stamped T-shirt over 24hr for maturing after stamping. |
